What a week! Following an amazing July 4th holiday, we were thrilled to present a DAGS Award to a well-deserving employee. The DAGS Award, standing for the “Dan Scovel Award for Gallantry and Service,” is named after our COO and former President, Dan Scovel. It honors employees who have displayed tremendous courage, taking swift action in times of need.
Our recent honoree, Brook, exemplified this by staying aware, engaged, and responding promptly to a co-worker in need, earning her a gold name tag, challenge coin, and a monetary award for embodying our core values that truly embody being a part of the Hayden Family.
